Finishing up the Ring of Kerry, we stopped at Kylemore Abbey, which was a large estate with a walled-garden and church of its own. We were allowed to wander around the premisses and explore the Castle, which was rich in history, and even a little scandal. My favorite part of this stop was FINALLY seeing a garden. I have never seen such a garden, and the pictures do not do it justice.
Kylemore Abbey, was a wedding present, then a school, now a museum. Next our new home :)
Beautiful Victorian walled garden, so green and colorful even in October.
